Interview buddy does not pick up the lines

Can you please help with the interview buddy? I was trying with Google meet and Teams. Live caption were on. AI apply were not capturing any the speaking into text and not showing answers as it should be. Yes tried pressing the facebar , but did not pick up my words, it generated random questions which did not relate to my lines. Could you jump in a call to troubleshoot? Screenshot attached.
